CHUNITHM Characters Wiki

CHUNITHM is a Japanese arcade game rhythm developed by SEGA starting in 2015, with its live service continuing to this day. It has official releases in several areas such as Japan, Asia (International version), and China.

A large part of its gameplay is tied to its original characters-- characters that have their own dedicated image songs, artwork(s), and stories attached to in-game updates. Prior to CHUNITHM NEW!!'s release in 2021, each character also had their own unique in-game skill attribute-- this has since been replaced with generic skills. Players work on leveling up their character(s) to earn titles and backgrounds for them via playing songs.

This wiki serves to document, compile, and share information related to the original characters from the series in English! The goal is to provide accessibility for new fans, and for current fans to share the information they can related to story/characters. That being said, if you have any information to share, please contribute! Creating pages, filling them out, editing information-- they're all welcomed and help everyone out immensely.

Due to CHUNITHM's stories only being issued officially in Japanese, the general accessibility of the stories are low to people that don't know the language or how to navigate the various aspects of the game's lore; such as labels and story arcs. This is where fan contribution can immensely help other people, and in turn, also turn them into fans!

This Fandom Wiki is administrated by a member of the CHUNITHM English Story Translation team, and all three of us work on various parts of the wiki. We use this wiki as a supplementary material to our central hub website full of English translations! We highly encourage you to check out our site-- it has all sorts of exciting features for loreheads! All characters with our translations will have them linked on each character's wiki page respectively; and each character on our website has their wiki link leading back to here.

Information pertaining to gameplay can be found on the SilentBlue wiki, and other assorted in-game information can be found on the Japanese strategy wikiwiki (both unaffiliated). The Japanese wikiwiki in particular hosts all character stories and general profile information that's from CHUNITHM-NET, albeit untranslated.

Advanced Reading

• The Surface Metaverse label -- Currently the most popular label according to devout CHUNITHM story fans. It's currently ongoing, and has many English translations, with the estimated completion projected for 2025.
• The Seelisch Tact label -- The oldest label in CHUNITHM, and the shortest to read. It's left lingering ties in both Metaverse labels to this day. It's been fully translated into English.
• Relation label stories -- Mostly one-off stories with lighter subject matter. The most accessible label. Easy to read using machine translations (MTL).
