With blood red skin, it stares at you with a wide grin. The Caretaker is an entity that lurks inside paintings and will attack when it blinks. If you stumble upon a painting with a creepy face, stay away from it at all costs. If you're in range of the painting, and the face's eyes blink, The Caretaker will 'take care of you', and therefore you will become the new painting. Alternatively, The Caretaker can be found in lockers in The Mines, acting like Puddles of Void Mass from spin-off game Pressure.
