DID YOU KNOW?
- Pusha T didn't start out with his now-famous moniker. When he began his career with his brother in Clipse, he went by the name "Terrar," a play on his birth name Terrence and the word "terror."
- Clipse's early success was heavily influenced by their close association with Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, the production duo known as the Neptunes. The Neptunes produced both of Clipse's critically acclaimed albums, Lord Willin' (2002) and Hell Hath No Fury (2006), which helped define their signature sound.
- Pusha T achieved his first number-one album on the Billboard charts with It's Almost Dry in 2022. This was a significant milestone in his career, proving his staying power and relevance in the rap game.
- Pusha T was appointed the president of G.O.O.D. Music in 2015, taking on a leadership role within Kanye West's record label.
- Clipse's first single, "The Funeral," didn't perform well commercially. This led to their initial record deal being canceled and their first album being shelved. However, this setback didn't stop them from pursuing their musical dreams.
