About

Talking Tom & Friends is a Slovenian multimedia franchise by Outfit7. The franchise consists of various mobile apps involving anthropomorphic animals repeating things said by the user and online shows about the adventures of those characters. The first app, Talking Tom Cat, launched on the 26th of June, 2010, kicking off the franchise. The franchise's signature show, Talking Tom and Friends (same name) has received multiple awards and five smash hit seasons with over five billion views. Talking Tom & Friends is one of the biggest franchises on the planet, with over 13 billion downloads of its apps and 15 billion views across all of its shows and channels.

Characters

Tom, a grey tabby cat. He made his debut in the first ever Talking Tom & Friends app, Talking Tom Cat. He is the leader of the gang who loves having fun and being the center of attention. He is often coming up with big ideas, even though those ideas don't always succeed.
Ben, a brown dog and Tom's best friend. He was introduced in Talking Ben the Dog as a retired chemistry professor, but he has since been aged down to be the same age as the rest of the gang. He is a genius who likes to invent things and work on apps, focusing on its technical aspects such as computer programming.
Angela, a white cat. She was introduced in Tom's Love Letters as Tom's girlfriend, but their relationship has since been retconned to be platonic. She is a cheerful girl who loves singing and dancing, but she also has other interests like art and smoothies.
Hank, a white dog with a blue spot around his left eye and blue paws. He made his debut in the 2014 Talking Tom and Friends series before he started appearing in apps shortly after. He is a laid-back optimist who likes to eat and watch TV.
Becca, a black rabbit with purple hair. She made her debut in the 2014 series episode Who is Becca? before making her app debut in My Talking Tom Friends. She is a snarky and rebellious person who loves skateboarding as well as other activities that pump her adrenaline.
Ginger, a young orange-and-white cat. He was introduced in Talking Santa meets Ginger as Tom's nephew, but they have since been retconned to not be related. He is a rebellious prankster who loves candy and looks up to Tom.
