The Raiden Shogun unveils a shard of her Euthymia, dealing Electro DMG to nearby opponents, and granting nearby party members the Eye of Stormy Judgment.

Eye of Stormy Judgment
  • When characters with this buff attack and deal DMG to opponents, the Eye will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Electro DMG at the opponent's position.
  • Characters who gain the Eye of Stormy Judgment will have their Elemental Burst DMG increased based on the Energy Cost of the Elemental Burst during the Eye's duration.

The Eye can initiate one coordinated attack every 0.9s per party.
Coordinated attacks generated by characters not controlled by you deal 20% of the normal DMG.
  • When each Coordinated Attack hits at least one enemy, it generates 0.5 Elemental Particles.
    • The initial activation doesn't generate elemental particles.
  • The Elemental Burst DMG Bonus buff is a direct buff. Therefore, it cannot be snapshotted but will also apply to abilities that have already snapshotted.
  • In Co-Op Mode, an eye will appear above each active player.
  • The coordinated attack will only proc if the character deals damage to an opponent, and thus will not proc when hitting an enemy with shield that prevents 100% of damage, such as Abyss Heralds, Abyss Lectors, or Abyss Mages.
  • The 20% DMG multiplier of coordinated attacks triggered by Co-Op Mode teammates is applied as a Base DMG Multiplier.
  • Coordinated Attack DMG does not snapshot and will be affected by changes in Raiden Shogun's stats after Transcendence: Baleful Omen is cast.

Gathering truths unnumbered and wishes uncounted, the Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals AoE Electro DMG, using Musou Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward. The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin's attacks will be increased based on the number of Chakra Desiderata's Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

Musou Isshin
While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden. When such attacks hit opponents, she will regenerate Energy for all nearby party members. Energy can be restored this way once every 1s, and this effect can be triggered 5 times throughout this skill's duration.
While in this state, the Raiden Shogun's resistance to interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG.
While Musou Isshin is active, the Raiden Shogun's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG.

The effects of Musou Isshin will be cleared when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.

Chakra Desiderata
When nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of these Elemental Bursts.
The maximum number of Resolve stacks is 60.

The Resolve gained by Chakra Desiderata will be cleared 300s after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.

  • Raiden Shogun's attacks during her burst stance are considered Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack actions, but with Elemental Burst damage.[5]
    • For the reason above, attacks while in burst stance will not trigger the Lightning Discharges of Beidou's Stormbreaker, the Falling Thunder of Electro Traveler's Bellowing Thunder, or the Vacuum Blades of the Skyward Spine. This is because these abilities require Normal or Charged Attack DMG to be dealt. Normal or Charged Attacks that deal DMG as Elemental Burst DMG do not count.
    • However, Xingqiu's Guhua Sword: Raincutter and the joint attack by Fischl's Oz at C6 are triggered with each attack. Unlike previously mentioned abilities, these only require a Normal Attack be used, regardless of the type of DMG that is ultimately dealt.
  • The talent description falsely states that Raiden Shogun's attacks are "infused." In reality, this talent provides a Conversion to the Raiden Shogun, not an Elemental Infusion.
  • The Energy regeneration effect from Musou Isshin will apply regardless of DMG being dealt. For example, hitting Electro Slimes or shielded Abyss Mages will still result in energy production.

Each 1% above 100% Energy Recharge that the Raiden Shogun possesses grants her:
  • The energy restoration bonus increases the flat energy produced by Musou Isshin for her party members (including herself) by 0.6% per 1% of Raiden's bonus Energy Recharge. Despite the in-game description, this bonus does not exclusively benefit herself. For example; with 200% bonus Energy Recharge (300% total), this effect will cause Musou Isshin to produce 120% more energy, resulting in 5.5 energy instead of 2.5 per activation at level 10, and a maximum of 27.5 over its duration, all of which will be received by both herself and her team.
  • Because the energy restored by Musou Isshin is still a flat amount, it will not be directly affected by the individual recipients' respective Energy Recharge stats. Regardless of if Raiden herself has 300% Energy Recharge while her allies respectively have 100, 200, and 180%, all of them will still gain exactly 27.5 Energy.
