Overview
Detonator is a glove added on June 18, 2022 and is obtained through the Head Hunter badge. Visually, this glove has a solid black texture with intricate yellow triangle patterns woven throughout the glove.
Obtainment
To obtain Detonator, the player must win a game of Slap Royale with at least 15 kills. (You will also receive Island Conqueror, Killer, and Predator if you do not already have them).
Ability
Detonator's ability, Blast Tag, marks anyone the user slaps with a Blast Tag that only the Detonator user can see. A unique sound effect plays when someone is slapped. When the ability is activated, all tagged players explode with 52 knockback in the direction you're facing. The explosion also has an AoE. Blast tags aren't removed on death.

Pros and Cons
Pros
- You can control where and when the explosion happens.
- There is no limit to how many people you can hit with the passive, other than the size of the server.
- You can save players by detonating them away from the edge of the island.
- The explosion can hit unmarked people in an AoE.
- The unmarked people will also move in the direction where you are facing.
- Ghost, Phantom, Run (in the maze), and Hitman can be seen by the mark they have when you hit them.
- The mark is saved after you die and even when your change your gloves in the lobby. Just make sure you remember to use it again and/or the marked player doesn't die.
- Can be very helpful when someone is targeting you.
- If someone is keeping their distance, you can slap another player towards them and use the ability.
- People can't see if someone is tagged or not, but they can tell by the sound the slap makes.
- When two people tagged with the ability Detonator are near each other, the combined forces will throw them both farther than normal.
- The ability has a great AOE, making it one of the best, if not the best, for FFA (free for all) and for dealing with teamers.
- You can treat this as a second delayed slap and use it in tandem.
Cons
- Some glove abilities can negate or remove the ability. Some examples are fish, Diamond, MEGAROCK, CUSTOM, Reverse, el gato, Golden and Phase.
- If you hit a Reverse user and they activate their ability, you can do something similar to Fish's Flop ability, where you flop in the direction you're facing, but there are a few differences, such as the flop being stronger and based on movement instead of the direction you're facing.
- Projectile gloves such as Tableflip and Shard can easily counter this glove, as their users can simply keep their distance.
- Players may avoid fighting this Glove due to the overpowered ability.
- Due to a bug, if you use your ability on someone who is ragdolled, they will be able to get up earlier because whatever hit them before will have canceled their ragdoll, and therefore your ability will not knock them back as far.
- You cannot use this ability while being parried by Parry.
- Insanely hard to obtain due to 15 kills requirement and amount of exploiters in Slap Royale.
Glove Strategy
- There are a lot of combos you can do with this glove, one example is Phase + Detonator (Phase is not affected and you can fly to an area with a lot of people).
- Frostbite is great for teaming because you can freeze a lot of players. They can't slap, so you can tag them all.
- Slap a player into a crowd of players and then detonate. This will throw all the players around the tagged player.

Trivia
- Detonator's ability may be a reference to Killer Queen's ability from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- Detonator's stance image comes from the GHS Explosive classification symbol.
- The vast majority of people who own this glove are primarily exploiters, due to Slap Royale being heavily abused by exploiters.
- This glove is considered by most of players as the hardest glove in the whole game because of skill level and amount of luck it requires.

- When equipped, the glove will emit an explosion effect on the stand along with an explosion sound.
- When a Warp teleports out of the Slap Tournament. Detonator can tag them but not explode the Warp user.
- If a person enters into a Pocket user's pocket while they have the Detonator mark, and the Detonator user activates the ability while they are in the pocket, the person will not be stunned, but the sound effect and visual effect will play.
- The texture of the glove uses the Mother 3 bomb effect.
- If you rejoin a server after tagging someone, you can still detonate the player you tagged.
- This glove also has the same mesh as the Slap Royale gloves, notice how it is thinner than an average glove.
- The banner is the same image used in Pow's icon.
